CEIM and IECE participated in the Career Fair, organized by FON University. At the event, we a direct meeting with students, institutions involved in the event and other stakeholders.
Scientific – speleological action organized by the Geotechnics department from the Civil Engineering Institute and the Center for Isotope Tests in the Climatology and Environment of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, was held on March 20, 2019, with the support of Zlatvolv Speleological Club from Prilep.
On 19.03 this year in the premises of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Skopje, a workshop was organized on the topic “Karst – Needs and Challenges”.
GIM signed an agreement for project monitoring – Irrigation of South Vardar Valley, Phase 2 – Valandovo irrigation system.
On 15 March, in the presence of the employees engaged in the construction of the highway Kicevo-Ohrid, the second tunnel under the Preseka tunnel was build, where the CEIM appeared as a supervision in the project.
Within the agreement for business and technical cooperation between CEIM and the Faculty of Civil Engineering, on March 16, 2019, a visit was organized for the students from the University of Montenegro – Faculty of Civil Engineering in cooperation with the Faculty of Civil Engineering Skopje.
Civil Engineering Institute “Macedonia” JSC Skopje received a recognition in the category “Companies – Leaders in sustainable development, strategically positioned to create sustainable business and through their specific platform or initiative contribute to reaching one or more of the Sustainable Development Goals 2019”.
IECE presented the goals and results from the BIMcert Project – funded by the prestigious European fund for innovative projects, Horizon 2020. On this event, the importance and benefits from the introduction of this modern professional software for the construction industry were presented and discussed.
Municipality of Karposh has a new strategic document for ecology 2019-2024 developed by Civil Engineering Institute “Macedonia” JSC Skopje -CEIM, MANEKO SOLUTIONS DOOEL Skopje and the Institute for Research in Environment, Energy and Civil Engineering – IECE.
Slatino Dam and the appurtenant structures have been reconstructed, enabling the irrigation of 450 hectares of agricultural land.
This project worth USD 71 Million has been funded by UNDP. The Project Beneficiary is JSC Water Economy of RoM – Skopje.
