In June 2013, AD ELEM commissioned the construction of their administrative building on street Makedonija, downtown Skopje. CEIM is continuing to supervise this construction project, which has a value of approximately 28,000 euros.
Purpose and subject of the project is the preparation of technical documentation for pay toll stations that will provide electronic payment. Electronic payment will be made in accordance with the technical specifications for the construction and installation of electronic systems for pay toll payment.
Preparation of technical project documentation for the expressway, from Stip (Three Fountains ) to Kocani on the route of highway solution of the so-called right variant seen along the river Bregalnica.
Public Enterprise for State Roads with credit funds provided through the World Bank has rehabilitated several state roads. Civil Engineering Institute Macedonia AD Skopje within this project is included in the supervision of regional sections P1105- Dojran-Nikolic , and P2343- Delchevo-Golak.
The Municipality of Skopje City Centre engaged CEIM in May 2012 to provide their expert supervision for the construction of fountains and landscaping at the “Presveta Bogorodica” square. The value of this project was over 40,000 euros and the result was a magnificent square for the community to enjoy.
The Municipality of Skopje City Centre engaged CEIM in July 2011 to provide their expert supervision for the construction of the complex at “Karposovo Vostanie” square
In February 2011, the Ministry of Finance engaged CEIM for expert supervision and inspection of the construction, reconstruction and adaptation of the Ministry of Finance “BNT” building. The value of this project was just over 28,000 euros.
CEIM supervised the construction of the “Porta Macedonia” structure, which was commissioned by the Ministry of Culture in November 2010 at a value of 23,000 euros. This is a triumphal arch located in the city center of Skopje, and is carved in marble and contains interior rooms, elevators and stairs for the public’s access to the roof. The structure is 21 meters in height and the outer surface is covered in 193m2.
The City of Skopje commissioned CEIM to supervise the construction of a skatepark on the quay of the river Vardar in Skopje. The project was conducted in June-July 2014 and was part of the bigger project for structures in the city of Skopje.
From October 2003 to December 2005, CEIM provided qualitative and quantitative technical supervision for the construction of the E75 Gevgelija Highway at the Smokvica section that is 10.5km in length. As part of this highway three bridges were built, which were 45 to 50m in length and span 3×15 meters on the rivers Kovanska, Zuica and Mrzenska.
