Marketing Department develops and implements marketing strategies and activities for the company’s services based on the conditions and particulars of the domestic and the international market as well as based on market research and data from service sale in order to:<0}

  • Provide and maintain constant presence of the company on domestic and foreign markets,
  • Defend and strengthen its market position,
  • Prepare complete and accurate tender documentation independently and in cooperation with the competent departments, following market competitive prices and using calculations to make thorough assessment of the costs in order to minimise total costs,  
  • Maximise the profitability of each bid
  • Provide success in getting the job and contribute to increased service sale,
  • Plan, organize, manage and control the project implementation i.e. complete project administration in all aspects in accordance with ISO and other standards,

It is its responsibility to manage large and important projects and provide work for project management with domestic and foreign clients
