International marketing and sales

International marketing and sales Sector is responsible for:

  • Constant presence of CEIM on the markets in the region out of the Republic of Macedonia, implementing marketing and sales strategies and activities adapted to those market conditions and in accordance with the business strategy and strategic objectives of the company in order to promote the market position and sales results of the export markets.
  • Prepares and realizes marketing plans according to the brand strategy and legislation of the export markets, including appointment plan and budget for all the activities concerning brands.
  • Plans, initiates and develops promotional activities and creative advertising concepts for the brands which are being exported to optimize their market potentials according to the company’s purposes and legislation of the export markets.
  • Prepares suggestions for promotional materials for certain types of services within the marketing budget.
  • Provides information and coordinates export market research, monitors the marketing analysis process and participates in interpretation of market data.
  • Develops a budget and manages budget funds for export markets and has control and does corrections in case of certain deviations.
  • Effective implementation and realization of marketing sales plans, programs and concepts.
  • Provides daily monitoring and analysis of the sales results and trends and identifies new opportunities for increasing the volume of sale according to the sales and price policy of CEIM.
  • Provides daily visits of target buyers based on previously prepared plans according to the competitive market strategy.
  • Agrees about conversations and negotiates in making agreements (contracts) with regular and special conditions for the existing and potential clients, negotiates special conditions and ways of payment according to the policy of CEIM.
  • Follows the competition, analyses their activities and suggests taking proper anti-competitive activities in order to defend and strengthen the market position of CEIM.
  • Provides constant increase of income by selling export markets through buyers’ network expansion to all market segments.
