Construction of the railway line Kicevo – Lin border with Albania , part of Corridor 8. Kicevo- Lin is the missing part of the western railway section of Corridor 8, which connects the Black Sea, Bulgaria , Macedonia, Albania and Italy. CEIM signed an agreement with a consortium of Spanish company ” Tipsa ” and the French “Louis Berger” for geotechnical investigations for construction of railway Kicevo – Lin (Albania).
In June 2014, CEIM commenced working on the detailed designs for landslides remediation and reclamation of unstable zones. This project is commissioned by the Public Enterprise for State Roads, and the value of this project is approximately 430,000 euros.
This geotechnical investigation project for the wind park in Bogdanci commenced in June 2014 and is commissioned by Siemens S.A. The total value of this project is 12,500 euros.
In February 2014, CEIM starting preparing the expert report on mineral raw-materials and for the exploitation of the drainage basin at the “Bregalnica” river. The investor is the Agency for Spatial Planning and the project’s value is 11,000 euros.
CEIM is preparing the on-site investigatory works, laboratory testing, and preparation of a study and a system for continuous monitoring of the underground water pollution for the investor Makstil AD, Skopje. The project commenced in March 2014 and has a value of 16,000 euros.

In January 2014, CEIM commenced working on a hydro-geological investigatory work for defining the possibilities for using underground waters, and for preparing the project documentation for additional water supply for the Municipality of Gevgelija. The value of the project is 85,000 euros.
CEIM performed a detailed geotechnical mapping along the gas pipeline axis, that has a width of 50m and a length of 110km from Skopje to Kicevo. Piezometers were also installed in order to follow the level of the underground water.
FENI Industry commissioned CEIM in 2012 to update the geological and geotechnical baselines and the analysis of the stability of working and end-wall slopes for the Rzanovo Mine, which is located in the village of Vozarci, Kavadarci.
In 2011, CEIM conducted geotechnical investigation and testing works of the Lukovo Pole Dam. This included investigatory drilling, testing of the water permeability of the rock masses, dilatometer testing, and geophysical testing.
